- Orders are fulfilled by our trusted supplier partners and ship directly from their warehouses. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges International orders are subject to our standard return policy. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at starsmosesstars@gmail.com and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner.
- Domestic (US): If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your ship date, we will reship or refund your order.
- International (Canada & Mexico): If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of your ship date, we will reship or refund your order.
